We all know that life can throw some obstacles our way, especially when we're trying to achieve something great. Each day, our students meet as a Leader in Me team to actively develop their leadership skills and build healthy, strong habits that set them up for success.

During our Leader in Me time this week, we dove into Habit #2: Begin with the End in Mind and discussed what it really takes to reach our destinations!

As you can see from our focused students, planning your path is key to success—even when you hit a few unexpected detours along the way. Together, we explored:

  • Identifying Personal Roadblocks: Recognizing the specific challenges that stand between us and our goals, whether it’s time management, a tricky class, or staying motivated.

  • Developing Recovery Strategies: Brainstorming actionable ways to navigate around those roadblocks and stay on track.

  • Keeping the Big Picture in View: Reconnecting with why our goals matter to us in the first place.

What’s a goal you’re working toward right now, and how are you pushing past your own obstacles?
