We will have basketball workouts on
Thursday Oct 3rd from 3p-5p,
Monday Oct 7th from 3p-5p and
Weds Oct 9th from 3p-5p.
We will continue workouts through December when we have tryouts. Stay tuned for more on tryouts and future workout dates and times.
IMPORTANT....basketball workouts are ONLY for athletes that plan on trying out for the team. This is not intramurals or an open gym pick up game. During workouts we will begin preparing for the season by learning our different offenses, defenses, press break plays, transition offense etc...
