You MUST use your Lincoln County School Account to access this form. If you do not have access, please check to see which Google account you are currently logged into on your device. Once you submit your request, please be patient as you await a response from your counselor. It is suggested that you frequently check you student email for a message from them as well. A copy of your request should be forwarded to your email.
