Our 2nd graders were lucky enough to participate at the Lincolnton YMCA in their Safety Around Water class last week! They went to the Y for four days and learned how to rescue and how to be rescued!

Two recognitions for our staff this week: Mrs. Graham received our "Roller Coaster" award for the month of March for assisting a teacher and classroom when needed without being asked.
Our "Battle of the Brains" team: Mrs. Hensley, Mrs. Alston, Mrs. Culp, and Mrs. Taylor WON FIRST PLACE at the Lincoln County competition!
