Let's GLOW Read! Read Across America is being celebrated this week in the library with Mrs. Allen. We are celebrating reading by dressing up GLOWING with fun learning centers! Yesterday was "crayon" day...dressing from head to toe in our favorite crayon color. Today we are rocking our favorite musician, music era, or favorite band by dressing the part!
Tomorrow we will exercise our brains with reading by dressing in our favorite exercise clothes. Stay tuned for some more exciting fun!

On Monday, our G.E.M.S. girls welcomed guest potter Misty Walker, who taught the girls the science behind making pottery and the career of becoming a potter. She helped each girl discover the process and feel of using a pottery wheel. Then, the girls created their own pinch pots that will be fired in her kiln, and delivered back in a few weeks!
