North Carolina state law requires all public school districts to maintain a Wireless Communication Device Policy. Lincoln County Schools has long had a policy in place and has recently updated it to ensure alignment with current state statute.

The revised policy clarifies expectations for student use of wireless communication devices during the school day. Wireless communication devices are not permitted during instructional time.
