Are you a graduating senior interested in working to earn an associate's degree or certification in a health care related discipline from a community college?
Rise to Success is a sponsorship program that enables current high school seniors to earn an associate degree or certification in a health care-related discipline from a local community college.
While participants are in college, they are hired into an entry-level, part-time position. Participants are expected to work for Atrium Health for the duration of their college career and an additional year after completion of their associate degree; participants are also encouraged to earn their bachelor’s degree upon program completion.

💛 This Week in Leader in Me: Emotional Bank Accounts 💛
Students are learning about the Emotional Bank Account (from The 7 Habits)—a powerful way to understand trust.
Just like a bank account, relationships grow or shrink based on our actions:
➕ Deposits build trust
➖ Withdrawals break trust
✨ Important takeaway:
The impact of our actions depends on how others feel they’re treated. What feels like a deposit to one person could feel like a withdrawal to another—so understanding others matters!
💰 Common Deposits:
• Small acts of kindness
• Keeping promises
• Showing loyalty & keeping confidence
• Setting clear expectations
• Apologizing & forgiving
Take note on how your daily choices affect the trust you build with others—at school and at home!
