This community event, held at Gaston College’s beautiful Dallas campus, features a 5K run and a 2K walk or fun run. When you register, you can choose to designate 20% of your registration fee to directly support to Gaston College, Gaston County Schools, Lincoln County Schools, or Lincoln Charter School. Ms. Boyles thought we were there to interview her for Fine Arts Week… but instead, she was surprised with a heartfelt video message from one of her former students. 💜

All spectators ages eighth grade and younger MUST be accompanied by a legal guardian or responsible adult 21 years of age or older in order to enter and remain inside the stadium or gymnasium.
The legal guardian or accompanying adult will be responsible for the child’s supervision and actions at all times.

Due to projected inclement weather, Middle and High School Open House for Lincoln County Schools will be moved from Thursday, August 8 to Monday, August 12 from 4:00pm - 6:00pm.
Due to inclement weather, all athletic events and practices will be canceled for Thursday, August 8. This will also affect scrimmages on Friday, August 9. Please check your school’s website to see when the scrimmages have been rescheduled.
