Mrs. Grant’s 2nd Grade class had a wonderful first day of school!
Students painted to reveal special messages from their families, enjoyed “Jitter Juice” to wash away those first-day jitters, and got to know their classmates through a fun game of Four Corners.
It was a fun-filled first day of learning, laughter, and new friendships. What a wonderful way to begin the 2nd grade year!

Today we celebrate three very special members of our school family as they begin their well-earned retirement journeys.
Through countless early mornings, busy school days, and years of dedication, Janet, Wendy, and Scottie each helped make our school a place where students felt cared for, supported, and loved.
Janet, thank you for the meals served with kindness and the smiles that brightened so many days.
Wendy, thank you for the patience, encouragement, and steady support you gave to both students and teachers.
Scottie, thank you for the hard work behind the scenes that kept our school safe, welcoming, and running smoothly every single day.
The impact you leave behind cannot be measured simply by years of service, but by the lives you touched along the way. You have each been an important part of our school community, and you will be greatly missed.
Congratulations on your retirement! We wish you joy, rest, good health, and many wonderful memories in this next chapter.
